{"id":3104,"date":"2026-04-27T14:47:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-27T14:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tecnotrasmissioni.com\/digitalizzazione-dei-processi-produttivi-e-logistici\/"},"modified":"2026-07-14T07:02:11","modified_gmt":"2026-07-14T07:02:11","slug":"digitalization-of-production-and-logistics-processes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tecnotrasmissioni.com\/en\/digitalization-of-production-and-logistics-processes\/","title":{"rendered":"Digitalization of production and logistics processes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The digitalization of production and logistics processes is now a strategic lever for improving efficiency, control, and responsiveness to market needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this context, Tecnotrasmissioni has launched an internal development project aimed at integrating operational and information flows in a more structured way across the entire company value chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Integration between systems and processes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project included the implementation of MES and WMS systems integrated with the company ERP, with the aim of ensuring smoother and more coordinated management of production and logistics activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This integration provides greater visibility over processes, reducing inefficiencies and improving operational traceability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Logistics optimization<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, automated storage systems have been introduced through vertical warehouses, helping to optimize space and speed up picking and handling operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This evolution contributes to making warehouse management more accurate, organized, and responsive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strengthening cybersecurity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another key element of the project was the enhancement of the cybersecurity network, which is essential to protect data, systems, and operational continuity in an increasingly digitalized environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A more integrated and high-performing system<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For vehicle manufacturers, distributors and resellers, the questions that really matter are these: will it perform reliably over time? Will it install without issues?
